Our Approach
Aspiring leaders, in their quest to
build and hone skills, have trekked the Himalayas, traversed
down rapids, and cloistered themselves in mountain retreats. While adventuresome, the overall impact of these experiences
remains unsubstantiated.
Our leadership approach reduces the “drift” that exists with

Implementing our approach
Leaders are asked to complete one or more measures of emotional
intelligence. This pinpoints strengths and areas for
development.
Based on the assessment of emotional intelligence, a very
specific action plan is developed that outlines how emotional
competencies are built and strengthened. |
