Implementing our approach Leaders are asked to complete one or more measures of emotional intelligence. This pinpoints strengths and areas for development. Based on the assessment of emotional intelligence, a very specific action plan is developed that outlines how emotional competencies are built and strengthened.   Borrowing on innovative training methods, the action plan is implemented.
