Our approach
Remember, as a kid,
fishing with your grandfather and his refusing
to bait your hook? He kindly said, “you only
learn by doing.” His wisdom presaged some of the
innovative training theories of recent years.
Our training programs emphasize an interactive
and a “learn by doing” approach. New skills are
demonstrated, and participants take a very
active role in building and growing emotional
competencies that are a ready fit for their
organization.
Implementing our approach
We may begin the seminar or training program by
asking each member of your team to complete a
test of emotional intelligence. Individuals then
benchmark their scores to the team’s overall or
average score of emotional intelligence.
Working from the results of the individual and
group tests of emotional intelligence,
participants develop action plans to build and
strengthen the individual and group emotional
intelligence. |
